Today was a very exciting day for Jaycie! First of all, she has been begging me for a Webkinz Hedgehog. She has seen it a few times and cried when I told her we weren't getting it. I told her today that if she actually got out and tried to ride her bike (without training wheels), when she could finally do it, I would buy her the Webkinz Hedgehog. She wanted to know if she could get it just for trying and I told her, "No, when you can actually ride your bike, I will get it for you." Well, that set in the determination!! She was going to ride that bike! So, she went in and put on her helmet, elbow pads, and knee pads and came out ready to ride. AND that's just what she did!!! She learned how to ride a bike all by herself!! She was determined to do it. I tried helping at first, but then she said, "Let me do it, mommy." So I stood back with the camera and videoed her trying. It didn't take long before she was riding circles around me! I'm so proud of her and she was giggly about it too!! Now I have to go out and buy that Webkinz Hedgehog tomorrow!! Here is a video of when she actually rides around the court. I hope you enjoy this as much as I did!!
